Information collected automatically. This is normal for all websites and is used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies. We use a small number of cookies. See section 7.

4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Some of our service providers may store information on servers outside Namibia. When this happens, we choose reputable providers that protect personal information to a standard at least as high as this policy.

Security is one of our core values. We protect your information with:
- an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for the whole website
- password-protected, access-controlled systems, available only to staff who need them
- regular software updates and secure backups
No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach that is likely to put your information at risk, we will tell you and any authority we are required to inform, as soon as reasonably possible.
